An application from Herman Russell Branson, in1941, 1942 and in and in 1948. The plan of work was to research the application of methods of theoretical physics with the University of Chicago group of mathematical biophysicists, and towards working at the University of Chicago under Dr. N. Rashevsky in the Department of Mathematical Physics. Included is a memorandum summarizing the grant awarded to Mr. Brandon in 1941, as well as his record of professional career and handwritten notes.
