This is obtain a Ph.D. at the Boston University at Lorenzo Green's suggestion and under the supervision of Dr. V. Clary. This application was submitted in 1942, and the chosen field is Social Work. Also included is a handwritten note: "Good record + good letters [illegible] But I see nothing like fewer of extraordinary [illegible]".
