Description
Applications from Lowell Howard Bennett, requesting a one-year grant towards preparing for public service. The plan of work was to obtain a Master of Arts degree in the Social sciences, Political Science, Sociology, and Economics, and later study Administrative Law in a law school. The graduate study would be under the supervision of Professor Leonard D. White at the University of Chicago. Mr. Bennett reapplied for another nine-month grant beginning September 1946. These applications were submitted in 1939 and 1946, and the chosen field is Public Administration and Administrative Law.
