An application from Henry Wilmer Bannarn, Free Lance Artist, in 1946 requesting an eleven month grant beginning August, to do an analysis of the content of propaganda used in selected employment situations during 1941-45, in Greater Boston and vicinity, into which Negro workers have been introduced. Also included is an evaluative note assigning a grade of B- and a brief written assessment on the application.
