Elvidge concerning Fellowships funds, including an appropriation approved by trustees in April 1945, awards made in April 1945 divided by Negroes and White southerners, stating the amount given to each individual, and an update on remaining funds since the previous update made in March 1946. Also included is a fund extension that was made to Ms. Elsie Lewis.
